It’s a new year. And this year, I want to do myself a favor and finally lose weight.
I have been carrying on some baby weight, but I can’t even call it baby weight anymore because my son is three years old.
Carrying this extra weight makes me self-conscious and my jeans extra snug.
After paying attention, I have learned that I have a problem with emotional eating. On top of that, I don’t work out as consistently as I should.
As a result, it’s easy for me to pack on the pounds.
