MyFitnessPal is my favorite app for tracking what I am eating and helping me lose weight after stress eating caused me to gain excess weight.
I love having other friends to motivate me and cheer on when they reach their goals. My favorite part about the app is the ability to scan the barcodes of foods that I am eating to add to my food journal easily.
Plus, it connects with other health apps that I am using.
Fooducate
Fooducate is a free app that is available on apple and android devices. Like MyFitnessPal, you can track your calories.
But what makes Fooducate that you use for self-care is the comprehensive food library. My favorite part of the app is the product recommendations.
If you are looking for a new yogurt, you can check the recommendations and the grades that are given.
Charity Miles
If you are a runner or even walk, often, you have to check out this app. Charity miles helps you to move with purpose.
Select from over 40 charities, start moving and make money for your charity of choice. It’s that easy.
This can easily allow you to set goals for favorite Charity and give back.
Start Stretching
Stretching helps to improve flexibility, increase blood flow, and improve your posture. With stretching, stress can be relieved.
Stretching relieves stress by helping the muscles that have become tense from stress. Start Stretching is available on Apple devices.
This app is not for advanced users but for those that are looking for simple stretches. A great alternative available on Google Play is Stretching Sworkit.
Sadie’s Ultimate Yoga
Yoga has many benefits. Not just physical, like improving flexibility and strength. But there are mental benefits like increasing your concentration and calmness.
It’s easy to find an excuse that you don’t have time to attend yoga classes. So why not try a free app?
The Fit and Fierce Club is an app that will provide you with yoga instruction by the famous yoga expert. The app is free, but there are in-app purchases the premium features.

This app uses particular sounds that can take you from being awake to falling asleep.
